We’re proud to celebrate our Apprentice of the Month for October 2024:
Katie is currently completing her Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship and works for Mitie. Her tutor, Richard, highlighted her impressive journey, capturing what makes her a standout this month.
Here's what Richard had to say:
"I would like to nominate Katie Newick for the apprentice of the month. Throughout the course, she has shown remarkable growth. Initially, she tended to stay in the background, avoiding attention and rarely participating.
However, she has since blossomed into a confident individual, actively engaging with her cohort and demonstrating excellent communication skills. Her progress from the first day until now is truly impressive."
