As November comes to an end, we're excited to recognise the hard work and impressive growth of our apprentices. Celebrating their dedication and progress is at the heart of what we do, so we love to share their success stories.

We’re proud to celebrate our Apprentice of the Month for November 2024:

Claire is currently completing her Associate Project Manager apprenticeship and works for Worcestershire County Council. Her tutor, Kelly, highlighted her impressive journey, capturing what makes her a standout this month.

Here's what Kelly had to say:

"Claire’s dedication, discipline, and exceptional performance throughout her APM apprenticeship have set her apart as an outstanding learner. Her work consistently exceeds expectations in both quality and insight, which reflects her commitment to excellence.

Thanks to her impressive organisation and unwavering commitment, Claire is an incredible three months ahead in her apprenticeship schedule, all while planning her wedding, getting married, and even taking a three week honeymoon. Despite these personal commitments, she has continued to give 100% to every task, demonstrating a level of resilience and focus that is truly inspiring.

Claire’s portfolio for her EPA is nothing short of a masterpiece, all 340 pages of it!!! Each entry is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing her in-depth understanding of project management principles and her unique, creative approach to each task. I am immensely proud to be a part of Claire’s APM journey and look forward to seeing all she will achieve. She is undoubtedly a deserving candidate for this recognition."

Congratulations, Claire, on being named our Apprentice of the Month for November 2024! This achievement is a testament to your hard work and dedication, keep up the good work and we wish you the best of luck for your End Point Assessment!

Stay tuned for our final apprentice of the month for 2024 in December.
