For the Great Place To Work certification, each staff member was anonymously surveyed on their agreement to numerous statements about GLP Training across key focus areas, including equity, leadership behaviour, integrity, corporate image, innovation, and collaboration.
We’re exceptionally proud to have achieved a 97% agreement rate across all survey statements, with 100% of staff agreeing that GLP Training is a Great Place to Work!
We also scored 100% in other key areas that reflect our commitment to inclusion and fairness, which included:
