We are back with our Apprentice of the Month series, where we celebrate the achievements and talent of our learners who are doing exceptionally well on their apprenticeship programme.
For Februarys apprentices of the month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on two of our fantastic learners, who have been recognised by their tutors in demonstrating outstanding performance, and a passion for personal and professional development.
Build, Trade and Facilities Apprentice of the Month
Our Build, Trade and Facilities Apprentice of the Month has been awarded to:
Jasmine Poonwasie
Jasmine is on our Safety Health and Environmental Technician apprenticeship, and works for the University of Oxford. Here's what her tutor, Aliyu, had to say about Jasmine, and why she was deserving of this award.
"Jasmine has consistently impressed me with her dedication, talent, and positive impact.
She demonstrates exceptional work ethic: consistently completing tasks to an excellent standard, exceeding expectations and setting a high bar for other learners. This dedication ensures she is on track to finish the programme within the set timeframe, showcasing remarkable time management skills.
Beyond completing tasks, Jasmine actively engages during masterclasses sessions. She contributes insightful questions, participates in discussions, and readily shares her ideas. This enthusiasm fosters a dynamic learning environment for everyone.
Jasmine’s commitment extends beyond the classroom. She diligently reads and summarises all learning materials, demonstrating a strong understanding of key concepts. Above all, she applies these learnings within her workplace, making a real-world difference. The supportive evidence she submits showcases the tangible impact of her knowledge and skills.
Jasmine embodies the ideal qualities of an apprentice. Her consistent excellence, valuable contributions, and practical application of knowledge make her a clear choice for the apprenticeship award. I have no doubt she will continue to shine in her chosen field and inspire others to do the same."
Professional Services Apprentice of the Month
Our Professional Services Apprentice of the Month has been awarded to:
Laura Evans
Laura is on our Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, and works for Worcestershire County Council. Here's what her tutor, Kelly, had to say about Laura, and why she was deserving of this award.
"Laura has shown fantastic enthusiasm & resilience despite being 6 months pregnant. Her determination and motivation to complete her apprenticeship before her baby arrives shines through. Laura is a joy to support and a pleasure to work with on the apprenticeship. "
Congratulations to our two February apprentices of the month! This is an achievement to be proud of.
Keep an eye out for next month's outstanding apprentices!
