Employer-funded options involve companies sponsoring their employees' education. This support not only covers tuition fees but also reflects an investment in enhancing workforce skills and capabilities.
5. Worcestershire Skills Boost:
The Worcestershire Skills Boost initiative provides funding or support for training programmes aimed at developing specific skills deemed essential for career advancement or sector-specific needs.
This funding is for Worcestershire based organisations who can claim 50% of the training costs back, up to a maximum of £6,000, for their Worcestershire based employees. For more information about this initiative, please visit here.
