As part of our Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship, you will learn how to keep buildings in tip-top condition. Aimed at a Level 2 standard and running over 12 months, this apprenticeship is well-suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and have a keen eye for detail.


You'll develop a broad knowledge of property maintenance, including an understanding of key legislation and regulations. From handling small-scale repairs to replacing fixtures and fittings, the skills you acquire will be versatile and valuable. Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship
