Management Pathway
Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager:
The first two stages of our management pathway are delivered by GLP Training and are designed to build a strong foundation in management skills, preparing participants for advanced responsibilities in leadership roles.

Senior Leader Level 7:
Delivered by Cranfield School of Management, this programme is tailored for those aspiring to reach the highest echelons of management. Participants will dive deep into strategic decision-making and executive leadership, equipping them with the skills necessary to lead organisations effectively.

As part of our partnership, we are embedding Cranfield’s specialised credentials within these programmes. These credentials focus on core areas such as organisational behaviour, procurement, and leadership, providing our learners with an edge in specialised domains.
Leadership Pathway with a focus on Sustainability
In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, we offer a unique leadership pathway that combines frontline qualifications with the Cranfield Sustainable Business Credential. Participants who embark on this pathway will:

Complete their journey with the Level 7 Sustainability Business Specialist programme at Cranfield School of Management, fully equipping them to lead sustainable initiatives within their organisations

Earn a PostGraduate Award with a HTQ
As part of our exciting launch of Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) in September 2024, we're providing the opportunity for HTQ students to earn a PostGraduate Award made up of Cranfield School of Management stackable credentials as part of their HTQ, providing them with an additional, separate and specialised qualification.
