An Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing operations management within an organisation. Their primary responsibilities involve creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams to achieve the operational or departmental goals and objectives set forth in the business process. This position may come under various titles, including Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, and Department Manager.  

 

These professionals are essential across the private, public, and third sectors, working in organisations of all sizes. You will learn the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours to perform exceedingly well within your role, such as problem solving, team working and leadership. Individuals are held accountable to more senior managers or business owners and are responsible for financial and resource management, talent management, and coaching and mentoring.
