CITB Funding
The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) plays a vital role in supporting the development of skills within the construction sector. One of its key mechanisms for achieving this is through funding and grant initiatives aimed at assisting construction employers in training their workforce.
Funding Guide for micro-sized and small construction businesses
No matter the size of your business, CITB's Skills and Training Fund provides funding opportunities of up to £10,000 for investing in training initiatives. This fund offers extra incentives for accessing CITB grant-eligible training, catering to a range of activities. It enables customisation of construction or leadership and management training programmes to suit specific business needs and staff requirements.
This support equips businesses to enhance efficiency, seize growth opportunities, and motivate their teams, so that companies will be prepared for any future challenges.
