MORE THAN JUST A TRAINING PARTER
Learn from subject specialists while working with industry experts
Whether you are submitting a bespoke business proposal for us to meet your unique needs, recommending a trusted higher education provider, or suggesting alternative standards that fit your specific requirements, we are committed to providing you with the most beneficial and effective solutions.

What we do.

The core of our complete training provision and what we were proud to receive a ‘Good’ OFSTED grade for in 2021, is Apprenticeships. We provide a wide range of apprenticeships, chosen specifically to suit different industries and professions. This range is then split into three core areas; Building Services, Professional Services and People Services, with each of these areas managed and delivered by a dedicated team containing vast knowledge and experience in both education and professions that are aligned with the apprenticeships they deliver.

Each of our apprenticeships are tailored to fit the requirements of both learners and their employers and are made to do this from enrolment through to end point assessment. We offer a build your own apprenticeship package which can allow you to develop a tailored apprenticeship course suited to your industry and workforce. An example of this is the Customer Service and Security Services Specialist apprenticeship which can be found below.

We now offer a cohort schedule for all of our apprenticeships. These can be closed cohorts for your workers, or mixed cohorts so apprentices can learn from and alongside peers from other organisations.

We are also proud to partner with Cognassist to help assess the learning styles of all our apprentices, allowing us to further tailor the delivery methods of our apprenticeship to meet the individual needs of learners, thus teaching them how they learn best.

Apprenticeship Standards

Government Funded Apprenticeship Scheme

In 2018 the Apprenticeship Levy scheme was introduced, meaning apprenticeships are either fully or part funded by the government depending on certain requirements and conditions. To find out more about the Apprenticeship Levy, how it works and whether you’re a Levy or non-Levy payer visit our resources centre.
